What should I do if I received a damage or defective order?
Upon checking, if you have received products that are damaged or defective, please do not remove any original tags or packaging and ensure that item is still in its original packaging. We would recommend that you contact our Customer Service Team at 9385 0096 and our sales assistant will attend to your enquiry.
How do I inform the sales assistant about my defective order?
Please kindly provide us with the order number, your preferred mode of contact (Email or Whatsapp), visual evidence of the defects and date of receipt.
How long is the warranty period?
We provide 7 days one to one exchange for items that are defective or damage. It includes any manufacturing defects and is not extended for defects due to wear and tear or usage. Please kindly check your items once you received it to ensure that items are in brand new condition.
Can I get a refund if I do not like the items?
We apologized that all sales are final and they are non-refundable. We suggest for you to speak to us before purchase for any clarifications.
We allow refund for the following situation:
1. Item is Out of Stock and we are unable to fulfil the order
2. Order that is submitted but yet to ship out from our warehouse (within 24 hours from time of order)
Can I exchange my products?
Yes, we allow one to one exchange within 2 days of purchase. All requests for exchange are subject to approval and we will only allow exchange for items of the same or higher values (top up if necessary).
For exchange requests, all items have to be in original packaging.
